Colour requirements: RGB or CMYK.
 
File formats: Quark, Illustrator, Pagemaker, Photoshop (jpeg, tiff, eps).

Media formats: CD, zip, jaz, floppy.

Files should be approx 100 - 150 dpi @ final size. Use the top caculator at the right to work out your file size requirement. For example, if you need a 30 x 40 inch inkjet output, fill in 100 as the d.p.i., 30 x40 as the final size, and your file size should be at least 34 megs.

Use the bottom calculator for determining the resolution of files or scan that you are preparing for magazine or press runs, where the standard resolution is 300 dpi. The numbers will tell you if your file is large enough to reproduce properly.

Please include all fonts required for your job. Font substitutions can create design problems. Hardcopy reference for you output can be helpful for spotting problems.

Colour testing is available at an extra charge. Charges may apply for correcting images that are not ready for output. Please check your design software for image requirements. (example: only CMYK files acceptable for Quark).
